NEW DELHI, DEC 8:
Ninety per cent of Indians are “idiots” who can easily be misled by mischievous elements in the name of religion, Press Council of India (PCI) chairperson Justice Markandey Katju claimed today.

“I say ninety per cent of Indians are idiots. You people don’t have brains in your heads….It is so easy to take you for a ride,” he said at a seminar here.

He said that a communal riot could be incited in Delhi for as meagre an amount as Rs 2,000. He said that all somebody has to do is make a mischievous gesture of disrespect to a place of worship and people start fighting each other.

“You mad people will start fighting amongst yourself not realising that some agent provocateur is behind this,” he said.

Katju said that before 1857 there was no communalism in the country but the situation was different now. “Today 80 per cent Hindus are communal and 80 per cent Muslims are communal. This is the harsh truth, bitter truth that I am telling you. How is it that in 150 years you have gone backwards instead of moving forward because the English kept injecting poison,” Katju said.

“The policy that emanated from London after the mutiny in 1857 that there is only one way to control this country that is to make Hindus and Muslims fight each other,” he said.

He said that then there was a propaganda that Hindi was the language of Hindus and Urdu of Muslims.

“Our ancestors also studied Urdu, but it is so easy to fool you. You are idiots so how difficult is it to make an idiot of you,” Katju said.

Katju said that he was saying these harsh things to make Indians, whom he loved to understand the whole game and not remain fools.

Hadith – 1

Abdullah (b. Umar) (May Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala be pleased with him) reported that Allah’s Messenger (May Peace,blessings and mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala be on him) found, Umar b. al-Khattab (May Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala be pleased with him) amongst the riders and he was taking oath by his father Allah’s Messenger (May Peace,blessings and mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala be on him) called them (saying) ; Our Allah, the Exated and Majestic, has forbidden you that you take oath by your father. He who bag to take an oath, he must take it by Allah or keep quiet.

Sahih Muslim:Book 015, Number 4038

Hadith – 2

Anas b. Malik (May Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala be pleased with him) reported Allah’s Messenger (May Peace,blessings and mercy of Allah
Subhanahu wa ta’ala be on him) as saying: Three things follow the bier of a dead man. two of them come back and one is left with him: the
members of his family. wealth and his-good deeds. The members of his family and wealth come back and the deeds alone are left with him.

Sahih Muslim:Book 042, Number 7064

Hadith – 3

Sahl b. Sa’d as-Sa’id (May Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala be pleased with him) reported that a person peeped through the hole of the door of Allah’s Messenger (May Peace,blessings and mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala be on him) , and at that time Allah’s Messenger (May Peace,blessings and mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala be on him) had with him a scratching instrument with which he had been scratching his head. When Allah’s Messenger (May Peace,blessings and mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala be on him) saw him. he said: If I were to know that you had been peeping through the door, I would have thrust that into your eyes, and Allah’s Messenger (May Peace,blessings and mercy of Allah Subhanahu wa ta’ala be on him) said: Permission is needed as a protection against glance.

குழந்தைகளுக்கு பிடித்த மாதிரியும், USEFUL ஆக இருக்கும் படியும்,

கூந்தன்குளம் பறவைகள் சரணாலயம்

குந்தன்குளம் பறவைகள் சரணாலயம் நாங்குநேரி தாலூக்காவில்

திருநெல்வேலிக்கு 33 கி.மீ. தொலைவில் உள்ளது.

இயற்கைக் காடுகளும் குளமும் நிறைந்த ஊர்

நான்குநேரி அருகில் உள்ள கூந்தன்குளம் 1994-ம்பறவைகள்

சரணாலயமாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

டிசம்பர் மாதக் கடைசியில் பல நாட்டுப் பறவைகளும் இங்கு வந்து

தங்கும்.

இங்கு டிசம்பர் மாதம் வரும் வெளிநாட்டு பறவைகள் ஜனவரி மாதம்

கூடு கட்ட துவங்கும்.

ஆஸ்திரேலியா, சுவிட்சர்லாந்து, ரஷியா, ஜெர்மனி, பிலிப்பைன்ஸ்,

நைஜரியா, சைபிரியா ஆகிய நாடுகளிலிருந்து பறவைகள் இங்கு

வருகின்றன

வலசை வந்து ஜூன் ஜூலை மாதம் வரை தங்கி குஞ்சு பொரித்து

பிறகு அவற்றுடன் பறந்து செல்கின்றன.

திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்திலுள்ள கூந்தன்குளம் பறவைகள்

சரணாலயம் பரப்பளவிலும் உயிர்சூழலிலும் வேடந்தாங்கலைவிட

பெரியது.

கூந்தன்குளத்தில் மற்றுமொரு சிறப்பு…இங்கு வலசை வரும்

பறவைகளுக்கும் ஊர் மக்களுக்கும் உள்ள உறவு.

பல கிலோமீட்டர் கடந்து வீடு தேடி விருந்துக்கு வரும்

பறவைகளை கூந்தன்குளம் மக்கள் உபசரிக்கும் விதம்

உலகமக்களுக்கெல்லாம் பாடம்

கூந்தங்குளம் உலகின் முக்கிய பறவை சரணாலயங்களில் ஒன்று.

230க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பறவைகள் இங்கு வந்து கூடு கட்டுவதாக

பறவையியல் அறிஞர்கள் கணக்கெடுத்துள்ளனர்.

நாங்குநேரி அருகிலுள்ள கூந்தங்குளத்தைச் சுற்றிலும் 150க்கும்

மேற்பட்ட குளங்கள் உள்ளன. கூந்தங்குளம் என்று பெயரளவில்

அழைக்கப்பட்டாலும் இப்பறவைகள் சரணாலயம்

கன்னியாகுமரியிலிருந்த திருநெல்வேலி வரை விரிந்து பரவியுள்ளது.

இரு மாவட்டங்களிலும் இரை தேடுதல், கூடு கட்டுதல், முட்டையிட்டு

குஞ்சு பொரித்தல் ஆகிய பறவைகளின் வாழ்க்கைச் செயல்பாடுகள்

பல்வேறு ஊர்களில் நடைபெற்று வருகின்றன.

நானூறு ஆண்டுகளுக்கும் மேலாக இந்த ஊருக்கு பறவைகள் வந்து

செல்வதாக ஊர் மக்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றனர்.

இப்பறவைகளின் வாழ்க்கைக்கு இம்மக்கள் சிறிய தொந்தரவைக்கூட

செய்வதில்லை.

சூழலியல் கல்வியை அனுபவ அறிவு மூலம் முழுமையாகக் கற்ற

மனிதர்கள், இந்த ஊரில் வாழ்கின்றனர் என்றும் இதைக்

குறிப்பிடலாம். யாரும் சத்தம் போடக் கூடாது.

தீபாவளிப் போன்ற பண்டிகை நாட்களில்கூட இங்கு பட்டாசு

வெடிப்பதில்லை.

யாரும் வேட்டையாடக் கூடாது.

பறவை வேட்டையாடுபவர்கள் யாராவது தென்பட்டால் இந்த ஊர்

மக்கள் கடுமையான தண்டனை தருகிறார்கள்.

தமிழகத்திலுள்ள வேறு பறவை சரணாலயங்களில் இல்லாத

அதிசயம் என்னவென்றால், வலசை வரும் பறவைகள் இந்த ஊர்

மக்களோடு மக்களாக ஒட்டிப் பழகுவதுதான்.

ஊரின் மையம் போல அமைந்துள்ள 100 ஏக்கர் பரப்புள்ள குளத்தைத்

தவிர ஊரில் உள்ள வேப்ப மரம், கருவை மரம், இதர உயர்ந்த

மரங்களில் மஞ்சள் மூக்கு நாரைகள் கூடு கட்டியிருப்பது அதிசயம்.

ஒவ்வொரு வீட்டிலும் உள்ள மரங்களில் கூட்டைப் பார்க்கலாம்.

மொட்டை மாடியிலிருந்து பார்த்தால் மரங்கள் மேல் பறவைகள்

குஞ்சு பொரித்திருப்பதை நன்றாகப் பார்க்க முடியும்.

4-5 அடி உயரமுள்ள மஞ்சள் மூக்கு நாரைகள் தெருவில்,

குட்டைகளில் நடந்து செல்வதையும் காண முடியும்

கூந்தன்குளத்துக்கு கூழக்கடா, பூநாரை, கரண்டிவாயன்,

நீர்காக்கை(மூன்று வகை), செங்கால்நாரை, பாம்புதாரா, செண்டுவாத்து,

புல்லிமூக்கு வாத்து, நத்தை கொத்திநாரை,

அரிவாள் மூக்கன்(மூன்று வகை), நாமக்கோழி,. கானாங்கோழி,

சாம்பல்நாரை, சாரை நாரை, முக்குலிப்பான், சம்புகோழி,

பட்டைத்தலை வாத்து என 174 வகையான பறவைகள் வருது.

சைபீரியாவிலிருந்து ஏராளமான வாத்து வகைகள் வரும்.

மற்ற பறவைங்க எல்லாம் குஜராத் போன்ற இந்திய

பகுதிகளிலிருந்து வருகிறவைதான்.

பூநாரை ஆயிரக்கணக்கில் வரும் அதோட வெளிர்சிவப்பு நிறமும்

உயரமும் கொள்ளை கொள்ளும் அழகு!

ஊருக்கு நடுவுல இருக்கிற இந்த குளமும் குளத்தை சுற்றி

வளர்ந்திருக்கிற மரங்களும்தான் பறவைகளின் வாழ்விடம்.

35 கிலோ மீட்டர் தூரத்தில் உள்ள கருமேனி ஆத்துல இருந்து

குளத்துக்கு தண்ணீர் வருது.

தை அமாவாசைக்கு வரும் பறவைகள் ஆடி அமாவாசை முடிந்ததும்

கிளம்பிப்போகும்.

சீஸன் நேரத்துல ஊர்பக்கம் வந்தா மூக்கைப்பொத்திக்கிட்டுதான்

நடமாட முடியும்.

காரணம் பறவைகளோட எச்சம்தான்.பறவைகள் அந்த அளவுக்கு

கூட்டம் கூட்டமாக வரும்.

பறவைகள் எச்சமிடுகிற குளத்து தண்ணீரை ஊர்மக்கள்

விவசாயத்திற்கு காலங்காலமாக பயன்படுத்திட்டு வர்றாங்க.

அவங்க நம்பிக்கை பொய்க்காம மூணு மேனி மகசூல் நிச்சயமா

கிடைக்குது” என்கிறார்கள்.

பறவைகளசரணாலயம் திருநெல்வேலிக்கு அருகில் இருக்கிறது.
திருநெல்வேலி தென்னக ரயில் பாதையில் ஒரு முக்கிய சந்திப்பு ஆகும்.
அதனால் தென் இந்தியாவின் பல முக்கியநகரங்களுடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டு
உள்ளது.
அங்கு இருந்து சரணாலயத்திற்கு செல்ல பேருந்து வசதி இருக்கிறது.
தினமும் சுமார் 5000 பேர் வருகிறார்களாம்.
திருநெல்வேலிக்கு13 கி கிழக்கில் ஆரியகுளம்எனும்மற்றொரு பறவைகள்
சரணாலயம் இருக்கிறது.

திருநெல்வேலியில் இருந்து 58 கிமி தூரத்தில்

கலக்காடு- முண்டந்துரை புலிகள் சரணாலயம் இருக்கிறது.

முந்திரி போட்ட மட்டன் பிரியாணி
என்று நிறைய விசியங்கள்இருக்கு.

[Book #10, Hadith #506] “Narrated Abu Huraira: I heard Allah’s Apostle saying, “If there was a river at the door of anyone of you and he took a bath in it five times a day would you notice any dirt on him?” They said, “Not a trace of dirt would be left.” The Prophet added, “That is the example of the five prayers with which Allah blots out (annuls) evil deeds.”
